Payment Options

The following payment options are available:

Per Course Enrollment Full Payment

Per Course Enrollment payment options
include: DANTES, Corporate Billing, Credit Card, Check, Money Order and Credit Based Loan.

Per Course Enrollment Payment Plan

Students may pay their tuition split over two payments and have it automatically charged to a credit card. Half of the tuition due is charged to a credit card upon enrollment and half of the tuition due is charged to a credit card in 4 weeks.

Term Enrollment Payment

Students may pay their tuition for the term in full or may split the tuition over two payments. The payments are automatically charged to a credit card.

Military Tuition Assistance

Tuition assistance is available for all active and some retired military personnel through either TA, DANTES or VA (retired) Benefits. Students using VA Benefits must enroll in the Term System.

Federal Financial Aid

Federal Financial Aid, also known as Federal Student Aid, offers grant and loan programs administered by the U.S. Department of Education. CSU participates in the following grant and loan programs available through Federal Student Aid. 

  1. Federal Grants
    • Pell Grants – Undergraduates Only
    • Academic Competitiveness Grant – 1st and 2nd Year Undergraduates Only
    • National Science and Mathematics Access to Retain Talent Grant – 3rd & 4th Year Undergraduates Only
  2. Federal Loans
    • Federal Family Education Loans
    • Stafford Loans
    • Parent Loan for Undergraduate Students – Undergraduates Only
    • Graduate PLUS Loans – Graduate Students Only 

Corporate Direct Billing

Approved company or government tuition vouchers or purchase orders must accompany enrollment agreements.

Credit Based Loan

SLM Financial, a Sallie Mae company, helps students and families achieve their education goals through its student loan division. SLM is not federal financial aid. Email marie.williams@columbiasouthern.edu for further information about the credit based private loan.
