The Bachelor of Science Degree in Information Technology is designed for individuals who wish to integrate the different disciplines of information technology within a business applications context. The program is concerned with the development, maintenance, management, and study of computer-based information technology systems in organizations. The BS in Information Technology program includes extensive training in the application of recordable information and knowledge, and the services and technologies to facilitate their management and use. Courses cover the key concepts of information technology, information systems management, and interpersonal and organizational communications. Graduates of this program will be able to create, maintain, and provide information technology and business related solutions in banking, government, academia, legal and judicial systems, the military, or any entry-level management position.
