Ashley Rini serves as an Academic Advisor for the College of General Studies. Ashley has a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Old Dominion University and a master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of South Alabama. Her previous work experience includes substance abuse counselor for the Bridge Inc. and career advisor for the University of South Alabama. She has a wide range of clinical assessment experience with MMPI-2, MMPI-A, WAIS-III, BDI-II, Myer's-Briggs, and Strong Interest Inventory.

Victoria Steber obtained her Master of Science degree in Psychology in 2009 from the University of South Alabama. Her previous work experience in human services includes positions as counselor and research assistant for the University of South Alabama - Psychology Clinic. Victoria's volunteer experience includes working as a behavioral analyst at the Exchange Club Family Center.

Mike McIntire currently serves as Academic Advisor for the College of Business. Mike has served as an adjunct professor at Pensacola Junior College and the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Mike has a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Southern Mississippi and a master’s degree in Sports Administration/MBA from the University of Florida. He is an active member of the National Recreation & Parks Association (NRPA) and is an ongoing leader and volunteer for numerous youth sports organizations and foundations.

Anna Erdy serves as an Academic Advisor for the College of Business. After graduating from Troy University in 2007 with a bachelor’s degree in business administration, she moved on to the University of West Florida where she earned an MBA.

Susan Stripling serves as an Academic Advisor for the College of Business. A graduate of Troy State University, she holds a master's degree in management and a bachelor’s degree in business administration. Susan has more than 30 years of experience in business and academics. Her past experience includes corporate administration, education administration and high school/collegiate teaching. Susan has been honored to be a multiple recipient of Who’s Who Among American Teachers along with receiving Governor’s Recognition for her literacy work in Baldwin County.

Sonya Kopp currently serves as Academic Advisor for the College of Business. Sonya holds a master’s degree in education from the University of South Alabama and a bachelor’s degree in Spanish/International Trade from Auburn University and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in social foundations of education with the University of Maryland. Sonya is a certified secondary Spanish teacher in the state of Alabama and has more than 10 years teaching experience. She has previously taught high school Spanish as well as undergraduate college courses in History of Education. Sonya has also spent many years teaching English as a Second Language in the U.S. as well as in Spain and Czech Republic and worked for five years as Communications Director for an international food-service organization.

Ashley Boutwell serves as an Academic Advisor for the College of Business. She holds a Bachelors degree in Criminal Justice from Indiana University, a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and is also pursuing a Masters in International Relations from Troy University. Prior to working at CSU, she worked in finance. She volunteers for the local Humane Society and participates in pet adoptions in her spare time.

Bethany Marshall began her career with CSU in 2005 and has served in the Admissions Department, as an evaluator, and currently as Academic Advisor for the College of Safety and Emergency Services. A graduate of Louisiana State University, Marshall holds a bachelor’s degree in political science. She is also an active member of the National Academic Advising Association.

He attended the University of Florida where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Economics in 2007, and a master’s degree in International Business with a concentration in Hospitality Management in 2008. Prior to joining CSU he was employed by SeaWorld Orlando in operations.

Kate DeMellier serves as Academic Advisor in the College of Safety and Emergency Services. Kate holds a master's degree in political theory from the London School of Economics and a bachelor's degree in political science from Bates College. She is also an EMT-B and an active member of the Fort Morgan Volunteer Fire Department in Fort Morgan, Alabama.
