Susan Ellis
Director of Student Services and Retention
Susan Ellis has worked in all aspects of the CSU Admissions Department since 2005. Her past experience included leadership positions with Mango's on the Island in Orange Beach, Alabama. She attended University of Alabama, Shelton State University, and Faulkner Community College and holds a degree from Faulkner Community College. She is a member of Southern Management Association (SMA), American Society for Training and Development (ASTD), International Customer Service Association (ICSA), Customer Service Manager (CSM). Susan is also an active volunteer with the American Cancer Society.
