Sue S. Butts, PHR
Director of Employee Relations & Training
Sue Butts, Director of Employee Relations & Training, joined CSU in January 2008. Since then Sue has held various roles in human resources and training. A Pensacola native, Sue has served in a human resource management capacity for the last seventeen years. Her previous work experience includes HR management roles with Navy Federal Credit Union, American Water, Regions Bank (formerly AmSouth), and International Paper Company. Sue also holds a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification and is an active member of the Greater Pensacola Chapter Society for Human Resource Management, National Society for Human Resource Management and American Society for Training and Development.
