Joni Blalock
Manager of Corporate Programs
Joni Blalock joined CSU in August 2006. She completed a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in counseling from the University of Alabama. She also became a licensed social worker within the state of Alabama where she worked for many years assisting people at various social service agencies, and medical facilities. She is now utilizing her many years of experience managing the Military and Corporate programs of CSU, as well as serving on the City of Orange Beach City Council. She is a past recipient of the ABWA Career Woman of the Year and is a member of the Gulf Shores United Methodist Church.
